The Black History Festival Fashion Show

The saturday just gone me and my brother went to a fashion show in London bridge. I felt out of place with my cheep digital camera standing next to professional photographers but who cares, i was doing my thing. This particular event was for black history month and consequently, all the models/ designers where black. I question the concept of black history month, I think it’s a bit racist. If there was an white history month people would be pissed. However, saying that, black people’s history doesn’t get taught enough. Therefore, the role models of yesterday don’t get mentioned 2day and as a result, there is a significant lack off positive inspiration for all of us.
