The west London collective known as “Piff Gang” has Finally dropped their debut EP ’Piff Breaks and 808s’ . The group consists of :
Don Silk (@Milkavelli), Phaze One (@thisisphazeone), Super Dertie (@superdertie) Dutch Masta (@DutchMastaSkout), Really Rels (@rellavelli), Nick Bam (@nickbam) ,Skits (@callmeskits), Pince Lomega, Budgie(@budgiefirebeats) and DJ Motive (@MotiveUK).
For a greater understanding of this EP I think I need to define the word “Piff”.
PIFF
1.Superior to the average.
2.Also a potent strain of weed/canibus.
This Ep has a great collection of laid back songs, perfect for jamming with you people and smoking jazz cigarettes. The simple flows compliment the ‘silkyness’ of the beats. It’s an interesting shift in the sound of UK hip hop. What you think?
