Incisive – Music Album Review

Hello readers!!!

So on Monday (11^th July) team Flyprints went down to the ILUVLIVE in Shoreditch and the artist who stood out the most to me was Incisive… a rapper and producer from West London. An aura of good live music….Hip Hop poetry meets soul with a feel good impact, had me bopping my head and had the crowd joining in the songs.

It’s kinda hard to compare him to our current UK artist’s…..he’s neither another Chipmunk nor a Tinnie Tempah. ..Incisive has got that true hip hop vibe…I mean to be honest a lot of UK hip hop artists have jumped on the dance and commercial beats, so it’s a relief to know there are still true UK hip Hop artists who strongly believe in their niche and don’t conform to the pressure of the music industry.
Luckily before the show started I was given a CD from a member of My-ish management…. so I have had this album on repeat ever since, which means I got the chance to listen to Incisive a bit more and make my final verdict of him as an artist.
Incisive has a good articulate flow, the album has vivid influences of old school 90’s hip hop inspiration throughout and a hint of soul….kinda like a good recipes to an excellent album in my opinion, a good
blend of tracks… for instances, Incisive has a track of his very own UK version of the modern new jack swing … if it was to make a comeback (track12- Go – Cisive).

Incisive music sound is immense live or even full blast in the comfort of your home
