1. Hey there, how are you?

Hey , I am alright  just busy busy busy, coming up to X-mas everything is going in to over drive.

2. What is R.A.R Fashion and what is the main theme behind the brand?

R.A.R Fashion is a ultra feminine ready-to-wear fashion label that was founded in 2009 by myself.  I would say that the main theme the fashion label is for them women that breathe fashion, live fashion who dare to do more than just wear clothes but who want statement pieces that can fit in to their wardrobe.

3. How did you come up with the name?

That was the easy part It is just my Name Ryan Anton Reid. It is very simple but works.

4. What motivated you to start your brand?

I have always had a love for fashion but never thought that I was that good from Thinking of ideas to sketching, making the garments. But two years ago my friend Rachy – Rachy Mckenzie-Sealy C.E.O of Concreterose clothing Give me a job as assist designer. At that time I was having a hard time in my life ,  so it was a real boosted for me for her to give me that job and believe in me. I was there for a year and it gave me the push to start designing again, sketching just getting back to what I love. So it all went from there.

5. You do Photography too, tell us abit about that?

I have always wanted to take up Photography but never had the time or the money , but early this year got a lil break and windfall and got myself a lil camera and just started taking photos of everything  fruit , birds , people ect ect  and finding my style really. I had my first photo shoot in NYC  this year and it was just great loved every moment , from finding locations , styling , taking the photos , editing the photos , coming up a story, it was just a real buzz. So it has gone from there really, 4 photos shoot down and I am still love it.

6. How does Photography play a part in R.A.R?

R.A.R is a brand that has many bows to it , so it was only time when Photography took s role and a very key role is it now. In 2010 in the fashion game you have to be able to do many things and do them very well, so Photography is the next time I am learning, getting better next will be hair and make-up.

7. If you could get any artist to wear you brand who would it be?

At the mo ummmmmm Paloma Faith would look great in my dress from the new collection; JESSIE J would kill my grey combo, Florence Welch in the jump suite, Ciara a new garment from the collection a lil bodysuit super sexy lol

8. What is your favorite piece out of your collection and why?

I would say I love the whole collection it took a lot to get to this point with this collection but if I had to pick I would say the gold playsuit with Purple bows at the top coming to www.rarfashion.bigcartel.com 21/11/10, With 3 new garments. To me it just screams R.A.R Fashion Simple cuts , very playful , blight colors and has that quirky touch.

9. What do you think of the UK fashion scene? Who stands out for you?

It is ok I guess there are a few brands that are really really good but most of them do not get the love because they do not have a cleb rocking their clothing  ect ect , I would say the the uk scene is very hard , some time friendly very rarely. People just need to start working together and stop bitching and hating and just make fashion happen as Rachy would say ;-) There are two Clothing Designers that I am in love with and have been for a few years now,  ZIAD GHANEM and Romero Bryan. There are a few great black female models that are doing their thing this year which I love to see called Rose Concencion and  Peace Oseyenum. There is a great uk based male model that is really doing it for me called Zaf Shabir.

10.What would you do with one million pounds?

Put half in savers get that paper up lol 500.000 , get a house 125,000  , car  with a driver ,30,000  put money in the business , 100,000 give some to family and friends. 250,000 Could you make that Two million plz . lol

11. What can people expect from R.A.R in the near future?

R.A.R FASHION has the 2nd collection coming out Fall 2011. Hopefully lots of photos shoots, runways shows, interviews, magazine features. One day going over sea, hopefully 2011 fingers crossed ;-) R.A.R TALKS is just getting better, bigger every year now with a new three monthly blog/print magazine called R.A.R TALKS:FASHION,  R.A.R TALKS just turned 1 year old last month already hitting 12800 , so just gonna step it up and give the people what they want  more Previews , interviews and updated more and more.
