We’ve got something Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! for our Flyprint fans. Wooo! let me catch my breath back!

Female artist Mz. Bratt, on fire in the scene at the moment, was kind enough to bless us with a few words. Flyprints, proposed some fire questions to get an insight, to what Mz. Bratt is all about!

Hello Mz Bratt, how’s everything going?

1. How did the name Mz Bratt come about?

It was actually my older Sister who used to call me a Bratt, coz when i was younger i was a bit cheeky – the name just stuck from then… LOL!!

2. If you had to describe your music in three of four words, what would you call it?

Real, Honest, Fun, Vibesy

3. What are your career goals over the next three years?

I want to put my album out next year, and i want it to have hit single’s on it, the same way Tinie’s done this year – we used to be in Aftershock together so it’s inspiring to see what he’s acheived. Once the album is out i want to do a headline tour, i wanna win a Mobo, a Brit award… i wanna go right to the top LOL!! I think i got a lot to say to people and people will hear different sides to me on the album… i want to inspire young people and young girls especially.

4. If you had the opportunity to change something about the music industry, what would it be?

Erm, I’d probably want to change the back stabbers and negative people, there’s a lot in the industry.

5. What has been your strongest influence to keep you doing what you do?

My mum is an influence and i’m proud of the way she brought us up, My Dad is an influence coz he used to be in an Acid House group called Spiral Tribe so i had music all around me when i was growing up.. Terror Danjah has been a big help in developing my career too.

6. As an artist, how would you define success?

I think there’s different levels of success, i think i’ve had a successful year, i’ve put out 2 tracks (Selecta and Get Dark my new one) and they’ve won me new fans and allowed me to tour with Skepta, Kano and loads of other artists and companies.. I think success is achiving whatever goals you set for yourself… This year i wanted to be signed and i’ve done that, i wanted to tour and i’ve done that and I wanted to make some club bangers and i’ve done that.

7. If you had to create a slogan, that would leave a positive impact for everyone, what would it be?

Well my name also means Be Real And Teach Truth

8. What can fans expect in the near future from you?

I’ve got a track called ‘Dangerous’ which is a club record coming out in January, there’ll be a video for ‘Get Dark’, i’ll be recording my album and touring next year too..
