ARTIST SPOT LIGHT : MIKILL PANE

For me Mikill Pane is soooo  Shorditch, his style his ethos everything. From the fixie bikes to the high top to the salt beef bagels(this is not negative criticism) , I like what he’s offering  FRESH/NEW/ENTERTAINING.It would be easy to compare him to The Streets or the Michell Brothers however, if you listen closely you’ll see that there’s real substance to his music, for instance the track “you don’t know me” really highlights the social pressures of interracial dating . What I really like is that Mikill has a strong identity, he’s music is perfect for the ever growing hipster community. what do you think of Mikill’s music?
